Cucumber (finely chopped or grated) – ½
Carrot (grated) – 1 small
Lettuce leaves – 4
Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Capsicum (green bell pepper, chopped) – 2 tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Crushed red chili (optional) – ¼ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Bread:
Sandwich bread slices – 4
Butter – 2 tsp (for toasting or spreading)

Tomato slices – 2–4

🔪 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and cream.
2. Add chopped cucumber, carrot, capsicum, onion, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Mix well until creamy and coated. Add mint/coriander if desired.
4. Taste and adjust salt or spice.
Step 2: Assemble the Sandwich
