1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 garlic clove (minced)

1 tsp grated ginger

For the Pizza Base:

1 prepared pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)

1/2 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)

2 tbsp sweet corn (optional)

Garnish:

Drizzle of Japanese mayo or sriracha mayo

Chopped spring onions

Toasted sesame seeds

Cilantro (optional)

1. Make the Teriyaki Sauce + Chicken
